Happy Birthday Chip!

My little guy turned 4 today. I can't believe it's been more than 3 years since we rescued him.

    Oh my goodness. He's adorable. I have a little rescued furball sheltie named Sebastian. Love the cake. I took pictures of mine on his birthday with a birthday crown on his head and horn in his mouth. He wasn't thrilled.
