I had my favorite seamstress make me new pillows for the family room, and I am loving the black and white! (Confession, I've had them for about a month but I've been busy with Netflix's instant streaming – watching 30 Rock, Parks & Rec and Lost. Totally worth it).
Once I'm employed, replacing the shag rug is the first thing on my list. Dogs and shag do not go together. Just a heads up.
In other news: I got my first interview today! Sure it may not lead to anything, but it's a step in the right direction.
I am loving pillows right now...these are awesome! Good luck with the interview! :)
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the interview. My dogs and my shag rugs get along fine. It is a pain to vaccum though.
ReplyDeleteDogs and a lot of things don't go together, but we love them anyway! Cute pillows!
ReplyDeleteGood Luck!
ReplyDeleteAw, our puppies love shag carpet! It IS hard to get the hair out of..... lol
ReplyDeleteAww that is why we have a multi dark color shag rug...it hides the fur and our pups love it! :)
ReplyDeleteGood luck on your interview!
Thanks everyone! My interview is set for Wednesday.
ReplyDeleteAs for the shag rug, the light color hides the Westie fur. But apparently the shag feels like grass, so when an accident does happen – that the place of choice. And it's not fun to clean.
Where did you get your couch? It's exactly the size I've been looking for.
ReplyDeleteI got my house at Nebraska Furniture Mart. If you don't have one of those though, it's made by Ashley.
